Anecdotally, I've noticed a massive increase on the Mary Hill Bypass. Prior to the tolls on the Port Mann, the Bypass at 6:00 a.m. would have little to no backup on a regular day. Now it is nearly back to the pedestrian overpass by 6:00. Statistics available are scant and indeterminable in my searches. Considering billions of public dollars have been spent on infrastructure it comes as a surprise..on the lack of data available but then again we're thinking this government might operate with any semblance of competence. paisleynoreply@blogger.com
