Sooner or later, the base property will come into play and it won’t be turned into a park.

Vancouver city council just passed a motion declaring, “the modern city of Vancouver was founded on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations and these territories were never ceded through treaty, war or surrender.”

If the First Nations claim to it is realized, they might decide it is a lovely place for a casino, without the necessity for all those silly approvals the city keeps imposing. Its not in our jurisdiction its got nothing to do with putting a pretty face on the pig of coal, its about the land and thus the money. Just wait to see what they do with it. Lets see how profits. any bets out there.

remember that lovely piece of land they used to have the Kits coast guard station on. someone is up to something, we just don't know what it is yet.e.a.f.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7229885.post-74808018444885928312014-07-04T21:35:17.665-07:002014-07-04T21:35:17.665-07:00And I thought the "Carbon-Neutral" BC Go...And I thought the "Carbon-Neutral" BC Govt's idea behind exporting LNG was so that other countries can use less coal.Hughnoreply@blogger.com
