And that with component like penstocks eliminated from the Major Civil Works portion, costs have already grown out of the contingency of $440Million that Minister Bennet claims is being adhered to. Some estimates are that the project is already $950Million over budget. But hard to say with everything about the RFP being kept secret or triple deleted.
