BC’s criminal justice branch has appointed a special prosecutor to review a report by crown counsel into the lobbying activities of Ken Dobell.

Looks like it might be time to go back and have another look those minutes of that City of Vancouver meeting where they first discussed the 'Cultural Precincts'.

I know they're out there in the tubes somewhere.
