In early October 1976, near the western end of Cowichan Lake, the temp was over 30 for 3 days in a row. On the Nov 11, 1977 long weekend, the temp was 20 for at least 1 day. DF

I remember that bizarre stretch in 1976.
Especially sitting in Mr. Huggett's sweltering Math 12 class while moving into calculus and at the same time wondering who these Rah Monee's were that the cool kids in school were suddenly talking about.
