Update Sept 19/06: I've been informed offline by someone in the know that there is no evidence that Mr. Rumsfeld actually showed up for the meeting. The thing is, if there was actually some real reporting on this, not to mention less secrecy on an initiative that is in the vital interests of all Canadians, we would be able to make more informed comments.
