And the Whackadoodle isn't sure how she feels about that.
Regardless, it's the perfect time for one of the few songs about cats that is written from the perspective of...
The cat.
(and, yes, this is a preview of the next Sunday SetList that's coming soon)

B. is for 'Benny'.

Ya, the Doodle of Wackness will.
Eventually.
(what you can't see in that picture is how tightly I'm holding her collar with the hand that is not on the camera)

Heckuva an idea!
(went out for geezer band practice with guitar in hand last night...Rosie was not happy that she didn't get to go too. Will have to make up for that act of treachery this weekend)

Cute. We have a rescue puss with the full-on bandit look. 30 leanish pounds of attitude.
One of our dogs has a cattitude too...
In other news, our Labbything "B" is a Fire Storm foster lout that stuck. Very screwed-up, stupid woofy @4/7 announcements taught by his late coyote cross g.f., bottomless stomach, broom freaked, dark closet accepting, raw vegetable eating cat lover. His equally inky black feline paramour is a small- town dollar store parking lot dumpee who arranges herself delicately between his crusty feet at the edge of our dog-beaten couch.
Even the Cons can't find this kind of love.

The above is a micro-sample of the many characters that grace our hobby farm...
The rabbits...possibly more funny, tragic, and freaky smart that the rest.
The bears, deer, mice, raccoons, lynx etc fuel my love for place...

Jeebuz!
There is helluva song in that tale/passage.
Thanks.

Ahhhh....

Your bloggodome list includes Legal Schnauzer. I've been reading it for a few years now. Last week when there were no posts I checked. Mr. Shuler has been arrested, beaten, and jailed with no date of release. Why? Because upset a number of people in alabama and wrote a lot of unflattering things about politicians. Some of these politicians sued for liable and got a court order to prevent Mr. Shuler from writing about them. he didn't obey. As a result he is now in jail. So much for their First Amendment. the retired circuit judge managed to ignore Near vs Minnesota. It was an American Supreme Court decision which would hve supported Mr. Shuler.
Further information can be found by simply checking with the Justice Integrity Project, Crooks and Liar, Live Leak or just typing in Legal Schnauzer or Roger Shuler. A whole list of articles comes up.
Thanks e.a.f.--
Will have a look.

wow, Roger Shuler is sure being railroaded. We need a foundation for whistle-blowers, cover their legal costs, pay their living expenses.
love reading your blog, Ross.
