Between The Reality And The Platform Lies...

...The Shallow.

"...Partnering with the Times of India to bring the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA) to British Columbia in April 2013 to an estimated 400 million viewers..."

****

****

"...Despite Premier Christy Clark’s claim that 400 million people watched the event, organizers say it has not yet been broadcast in either Canada or India. It will air in India in a few weeks and on the Asian Television Network in June..."

****

As for the 'partnering'?

Well...

You know...

Millions!

Clark said LNG could generate "$30 trillion" in economic growth? Holy frack! Could that be true? http://globalnews.ca/news/490925/clark-takes-campaign-to-lng-country/ … #bcpoli

Wow.

That's even up from the original estimate from the purveyor of the sparkle ponies.

Number has now been 'corrected' and brought down to the original sparkle pony claim.

Even that is ridiculous.

I know your affinity for sparkle ponies. Hansen delivered one on NW yesterday. Audio Vault 08:57:00 takes credit for HST admits the reason was because of the huge deficit and Harper offered up $1.6 Billion sparkle carrot. I won't tell you of the fear in his voice you can hear it yourself.

Jeebuz!

We went on and on and on about that flipping ransom, and who was really zooming who, back in the day.

Of course, at that time people like us were nothing more than delusional alarmist cultists.

Or some such thing.

Sheesh.

Right you are. Brought this up with my MP and he promptly told me it was a provincial matter. Then he did a little homework. Now when I bring it up he knows it takes two to tango. Guilt is acknowledged. Seems strange that one of their own is telling stories out of school.
