BC Liberals voted to reduce their own workload (constituents/riding = class size), but illegally strip teachers of the same consideration.
Since the number of MLAs has increased to reflect population growth... a more meaningful comparison might be pay per pupils per teacher v. pay per voters per MLA over time.
