Are The Wheels Of Justice Even Grinding Anymore?

OutOfSight
OutOfMindVille

Ever wonder what's been going on at the trial of former Victoria police officer Ravinder Dosanjh?

You know, the one that started a couple of weeks ago.

I mean, it's not like the trial is of no interest to British Columbians given that, as Ian Mulgrew of the Vancouver Sun pointed out:

This is the first of several trials that are in the judicial pipeline as a result of what is described as "a monster" of connected but independent investigations 21/2 years ago that triggered the unprecedented search of provincial government offices on Dec. 28, 2003.

Mulgrew wrote that the first day of the trial on May 17th, 2006.

We have heard next to nothing since then.

Why?

Well blogger BC Mary has been digging for an answer.

And it looks like the trial may have been adjourned.

Why?

_____
In the meantime, as Mary has reported previously, the Ledge Raid trials themselves have been put off once again - till maybe (or maybe not) December.
And while we're on this topic, does it mean anything that it looks like it is Mary, and only Mary (ie. no MSM outlets), that is doing the digging here?
