Asymmetrical Warfare?
These men had been held in a hellhole for years.
They had not been charged with anything. They knew nothing of their fate. In their desperation hey had gone on hunger strikes beginning last August and then had been bound and force fed by the Commandant's men.
It was Kafka times a billion.
And yesterday they hung themselves with bedsheets and left suicide notes.
Assymetrical Warfare?
Has the man no sense of decency* whatsoever?
And as for the nation?

*The phrase marked the beginning of the end for Joseph McCarthy in 1954. Many people would be well served by listening to the exchange that led to it. It is the screamers of today encapsulated.
