Stephen Harper turned a $12 billion dollar surplus into a deficit in the BEST of times.

And now that things are going sideways he's telling us that, in these times of 'uncertainty', he's the best man for the job?

And we're believing him!?

Guess that's what happens when a country is bamboozled by Admen into becoming more 'conservative'.

Sheesh.
