That's a seconded, contract consultant to the British Columbia Ministry of Children and Family Development speaking (on the record?!) to Sean Holman after the latter's FOI request revealed the consultant's preposterous, $176K part-time payload, larded on at $275 per hour, for doing things like sending Emails, scheduling meetings, and travelling to and from press conferences at which he was feted.

Sheesh-O-Rama-Lama-Ding-Dong.
