Update, Wed @ 11:30am....E-BC Spokesthingy Don Main is now reportedly saying that the results will 'probably' be announced on Friday, but he doesn't actually know the time of said announcement.....This is unbelievable.

It's Wednesday morning, and the results are supposed to be released Thursday, but now they are saying it may be Friday.
Or.
Maybe not.

Grant, how do you know that? No sarcasm intended, just asking what's your source.
They just announced on the 11:00 AM news that the HST result will be on Friday (AKA "Dump the Trash" day - the oldest political trick in the book to avoid bad news).
I predict:
Craig James will announce that the HST is here to stay late Friday afternoon after the press has gone away for the weekend.
One week later he will claim his reward - a new job given to him by Christy Clark as Legislative Clerk.
The job will supply him with a salary of $250,000 per year.
It's the top "non-partisan" staff position in the Legislature.
He has been a loyal Liberal servant for sure.
I believe that Grant G's numbers are correct.
I also believe that this hand-picked Liberal government tool has corrupted Elections BC beyond repair.
Just look at his pattern of behaviour over the last couple of years.
I hope I'm wrong.

I don't doubt Grant is right about, the HST referendum win for the people.
But, what about the BC Liberals and Craig James of Elections BC, being honest? The BC Liberals have lied to us, for over ten years now.
Campbell twice lied, to be re-elected, for two different elections. I can honestly say, I don't remember the BC Liberals, ever not lying.
They could tell the truth, too. "The results of the HST referendum were extremely positive. (yes vote won) The government has decided to reduce the HST to 10%, as previously announced. (up yours, we're keeping the HST, lying to you that we're doing you a favour, and implying we're doing what the referendum says)" and as long as the media doesn't pay any attention (friday afternoon makes this part easy), what'll anyone do about it?
A series of narrowly-chosen, technically, literally true statements are so easy for news-folk to 'honestly' misinterpret over dinner hour.
