if that becomes the case, we can all sit around and have a good laugh. if she wins by a few votes, then not only will it be, every vote counts, it will be EVERY VOTE DID COUNT. Sort of like Land Slide Al, back in the day when he won by one vote to sit as the MLA for Atlin, B.C.

A vote is never thrown a way. Not voting is a throw away.
In Kelowna votes are thrown away as if one does not vote for the Cons or Libs.
Over time that may too change.
