Uh Oh...

NewLeader
New ApproachVille

It looks like the Green Party's new leader, Ms. Furstenau, has not yet taken that drive through the woods with Mr. Horgan, top down, to hammer out that deal that we were talking about/hoping for the other day...

Hmmm...

Does this signal that we are one step closer to a fall election?

________
And why, exactly, am I receiving Email requests from individual Dipper candidates asking for donations specifically for nomination contributions?
Here's the link to the Green Caucus' statement.

"And Why, exactly, am I receiving mail from Jane Thornthwaite, not my MLA? no addresses are provided, just the Postal Code. However there is a message from the MLA of her activities in the Legislature: 'Reintroduced the Safe Care Act, which would protect vulnerable youth from addiction and quickly find placement for those in immediate harm;"

Jane, don't you remember, El Gordo took the knife too far! British Columbia children, now adults, are still recovering from that act.

NVG--

Ha!

And what's more, there is considerable irony in that particular MLA attempting to take on that mantle.

A Green recovery?? People aren't going to be too keen on that, they just want a recovery. they don't care what colour it is.

If Ms. F. pushes the current government into an election, gee what about her previous statement suggesting Horgan not call an election because he had been elected to govern............

Ms. F. might want to ensure she does not "cause" an election because lots of voters aren't interested in one and it won't be gaining the Greens any seats, perhaps loose a couple. Of course we could wind up back with a B.C. Lieberal government and wouldn't that be fun Ms. F.

Lots of progressives/Green may not be happy with Horgan and the NDP. do they think things would get better with the B.C. Lieberals. We're still getting over 16 years of governing by the B.C. LIeberals.
