Beer is going through the toughest of tough things imaginable at the moment.
So head on over to his establishment and give him a shout.

Thanks for the shout out Gazz. It resulted in yet more supportive words from DCFP readers, including a note from my favourite former BCNDP leader Glen Clark and a call from our incomparable present Premier John Horgan. The latter, which could not have caught me more off guard, had me all blubbery within seconds. I hope I was able to convey to him how grateful Cheryl and I both were with the Hospital in the Home programme which prevented Cheryl from having to be institutionalized in our local hospital yet again, and thereby be cut off from her loved ones, in the final weeks of her life. I spent a lot of time volunteering (when Cheryl’s health permitted) in one of the ridings my party just barely won in 2017. Pleased I did so for Cheryl’s sake and for the sake of so many others who will similarly benefit now and in the future. People matter. Horgan gets that. We all know who doesn’t get that and it is most unlikely they ever will.
Glad to hear folks are giving you a supportive shout Beer!
And also glad you had a little time to work that campaigning muscle you've built up over the years.
