Campaign Day 3 (cont'd).....Is It Loyalty Or Hubris?

Let's say you were running for a third consecutive term as the Premier of British Columbia....

And let's say you had this 'friend' who was potential political kryptonite to your re-election and everything you've worked so hard to achieve.....

With that in mind, would you steer clear of your 'friend' for a few weeks, or would you do as Gordon Campbell has apparently done and allow him to join your campaign, even if it is not 'the main campaign'?

Dirk Meissner of the Canadian Press and The Tyee has the story:

PRINCE GEORGE – Premier Gordon Campbell says he hasn't spoken to his former campaign chairman Patrick Kinsella in ages.

But he says if Kinsella – who has been the target of a series of attacks by the New Democratic Party – wants to join the main Liberal campaign he's welcome.

Kinsella is reportedly working somewhere for the Liberals in the May 12th election, but Campbell says he's not on the main campaign team......

So......

Is it loyalty or is it hubris?

You decide.

________
And where, exactly, is this 'somewhere', we wonder, where Mr. K. is apparently working for his friend........
