Why Won't BC Rail Tell Us About It's Finances?

Sean Holman of Public Eye has the story straight from the Spokesthingy's mouth:

"It has been an oversight on our part and we will get those things on our Website in the next day or two."



Which begs the following question.....

Given that they no longer have an actual Railway to operate, what, exactly, are the good folks who are now running BC Rail, and who appear to be reasonably well paid, up to these days anyway?
