At the moment it is only an unconfirmed Dipper press release, but if it's true it would appear that Mr. Campbell really is running scared:
Vancouver (May 4/09) - Gordon Campbell has refused to debate NDP Leader Carole James on a CBC Radio debate, said NDP candidate Mike Farnworth today. This continues Campbell's record of refusing to address the concerns of everyday British Columbians.
"He's refused to answer questions in the Legislature. He refused to answer questions in last night's Leaders Debate. And now we learn he's refused to debate NDP Leader Carole James on a CBC Radio debate," said Farnworth.
So.
Could it be that the only man, at least he defines it, that is 'big enough' and 'strong enough' and 'smart enough' for the Premier's job is actually afraid that he will be thrashed by a little lady named Carole James?
