Craig James, the former clerk of the Legislative Assembly of B.C., has pleaded not guilty to three counts of breach of trust by a public officer and two counts of fraud in excess of $5,000.
At a hearing Thursday morning in B.C. Supreme Court, James elected to be tried by judge alone...
The trial is scheduled to start January 24th, 2022.

Was he entitled to his entitlements in his perception?
He was probably given the wood splitter if he cut [ a load ] for Christy and the minister of every thing back in the time. You know who i am talking about the most law bidding Lieberals of all time.
It is my opinion, people who choose to be tried by judge alone usually think they have a chance of getting off either because of their position in the world or there is a technicality which might get them off. Of course his sense of entitlement might lead him to believe he is entitled. We the rabble can just shut up.
He'll die of old age before he has a chance to atone for his sins!
