One Friday afternoon in late May the Justice minister actually stops campaigning for five minutes.
Liquor barn and beer and wine store owners everywhere are incensed that there are no new give aways for coming Victoria day weekend.
(Meanwhile, on same weekend, Minister of Everything tells select media members invited to kinda/sorta booze-free FValley b'bque that government liquor store workers will soon be forced to help customers with one hand tied behind their backs while simultaneously wearing Harrison Bergeronesque woolgoogly glasses)
_________

Anton apparently thinks restricting the sale of wine in grocery stores to homegrown only is good public policy. If it’s good public policy, I wonder why governments in Ontario, California, Oregon and Washington haven’t implemented the same restriction?
I guess they’re just way behind the enlightened Ms. Anton, lacking her long experience in the industry. I’m sure she’s hoping they’ll see her wisdom and follow her lead.

But...
...Based on past performance, is there any evidence whatsoever that anyone at all will actually follow where the good Ms. Anton attempts to lead them?

RossK, she leads the proMedia herd around all the time. Other than that, she's a very lonely shepherdess.
