Ah yes, Gary "the ferret" Collins who was literally crapping himself at being the next one up to testify at the BC Rail trial before the Judge, and defendants were bought off and the whole sordid affair pushed under the table.
Politics and the BC legal system would make even the most corrupt banana republic blush.
The NDP should set up an independent publically run commission to look under every rock and ball of dried up Lieberal monkey shit to see what runs out onto the sunlight as soon as the assume power.

Well Ross it would be fitting if Farrall-Collins'comments come back to bite him, and bite him hard. Hopefully not all the post-it notes, emails and formal documents have escaped the shredders. Farrall-Collins has come out of his hidey hole, but maybe he will rue the day he did so. RG
