Westray Mine Disaster 217.1 amendment to the Criminal Code in 2004 was written to address, forcefully, that Company, Corporation, Federal, Provincial, Community Governments are responsible to ensure the safety of their workers from bodily harm. Roderick MacIsaac death being reviewed by a Coroner is not sufficient.
