At least according to local developer, and former Vancouver NPA councillor candidate, Michael Geller, who was on CBC Radio One with the Quizzmaster, Stephen Quinn, this afternoon.....

Well, duh.

Interestingly, however, not once was the word 'Speculation' invoked during the conversation between Mr. Geller and Mr. Quinn.

Interestingly, Mr. Geller could not even bring himself to say the word 'Fortress'.
