I Heard My Brainstem Screaming.

I was going to write about the faux-triumphalistic return of Gordon Campbell to the Vancouver Board of Cronies....errrr....'Trade' when I got home from work last night.

Honest, I was.

More specifically, I had planned to fisk his self-serving statements of egregious codswallopanariasm, each one of which was meant to make us feel good or, at the very least, numb, while they subliminally delivered his real homecoming message straight to our brainstems.

Which, of course, is a justification of his and said cronies continuing fusion of all things corporate and government which for many, including some of its best known proponents, is often defined thusly.

As soon as I heard a short, 15 second clip of Mr. Campbell's voice again on the long-wave while driving home I knew I just couldn't make that nut late on a Friday night.

Because like you, I cannot afford to lose an entire weekend going starkers with the heebie-jeebies.
