In response to David Eby's concerns that the auctioning of a limited number of 'in-store wine licences' will shut out the little guys 'n gals, the Minister for Justice and Private Booze Sales had the following to say according to Cassidy Olivier and Ian Austin of The Province:
...“Our goal in establishing an auction framework for these limited number of licences is to develop a process that is fair and transparent for industry.”...
Gosh.
