Paul Ramsey has crunched the numbers, and he figures that IT outsourcing expenditures by the province of British Columbia went up 11% to $435,350,420 in the last year.
All of which leads Mr. Ramsey to conclude:
...I said it last year, and I'll say it again this year: suck on that, children and sick people! Who's the boss? IT people are the boss!...
Because, as we've said before (and already said earlier today too), when it comes to kids and sick people (and disabled people also)....If they're not gonna pay, why should they get to play?
