Is Mike de Jong Still A BC Liberal?

Because, I'm telling you, you sure can't tell it by his webpage.

And as for being part of Ms. Clark's 'new' team?

There is no mention of that either.

Interestingly, it appears that his 'donate' button goes directly to the former cookie-dough man about town.

Maybe Mr. de Jong should have a second button for, say, oh I dunno...

Tip o' the Toque to bcpoli_watcher's Twittmachine feed on this one.

You've got me on that one - if you have something specific I'll be happy to post it.

Is the amount of lobbying done by Company E directly proportionate to amounts recieved in special friend "royalty credits" or other schemes that will allow outside workers in do perform work tax paying BC residents/businesses are considered either too expensive or unqualified to do. Or would the donations to the liberal party from out of province gas producers be more proportionate. Hmmmm.
At any rate successful lobbying seems very rewarding for all involved, with the exception of the lowly taxpayer.
